Troy Selwood

Troy Selwood has quickly become a fan favourite with K-ROCK listeners for his intimate knowledge of the Cats, where he is part of the off-field staff.

After being drafted by Brisbane in 2002, Selwood made his debut with the Lions in Round 1, 2005. He went on to play 75 games in the maroon, gold and blue before calling time on his career at the end of 2010.

He was quickly employed by Geelong and appointed captain of the club’s VFL side, which he led to a premiership in 2012.

He hung up the famous N0. 51 jumper at the end of 2013 following the Cats loss to Box Hill.
